Does HGPF have any unclaimed pension/provided fund , which you have in your coffers , I'm trying to claim my pension from HGPF but you keep saying you do not have my details, but my previous employer say they were contributing to HGPF

You guys are so perthitic, my claim was sent to you on the 9/01/2018 and i was promised that it will only take 3 weeks then i should receive my money. but we are on the Forth week now and still waiting, I've phoned your offices several times in Durban and also Johannesburg and no one seems to know if my claim is been/being processed or not even the so called "Team Leader" is dragging her feet's with no effort to help me, she's not even returning my calls now... I am so PISSED OFF by your Poor, Perthitic Service Hospitality!!!

I would say the fund and its employees are doing well, I have been requesting for a loan several times, and my loan made without any delay, keep up good work, you are so great guys

Description
The HGPF is a member driven retirement fund that operates nationally in South Africa. It is open to workers and employers in any trade or profession. As of the 1st September 2009, the Fund had 22 634 members in 803 workplaces.
Company description
It is a "private" fund, which means it is independent of any insurance company and has its own board of trustees, principal officers, auditors and actuary. As a national fund operating in all industries even if you transfer from company to company you remain a member, provided that your new company has joined HGPF.
