Re review by client. Why anonymous and why cant he state what lock. We have 6 locksmiths on the premises so it was not brought to my attention. Anonymous has email why did he not email his complaint and none of my staff uses vulgar language on the phone

DO NOT GO TO THIS GUY. HE IS A ROGUE! I took my car door lock to him to him to get a combination change so that my original key will work on this new lock about 3 weeks ago. Before giving him the lock I even asked him if all my original keys would work and he said yes. So I gave him the spare key to use as the sample. He charges R145, I agree. The next day I go and fetch the lock I find that only the spare key that I gave him works and the key I usually use doesn't work and the spare is a bit tight in this lock. I ask him about it he says my usual key is worn and even if I gave this key to use as a sample he would have refused. So I pay him just so that I can get my spare key and lock from him. When I get home I try another set of keys that came with this lock and find that this key - which is not suppose to work in this lock since the combination has changed - still works.I also find that instead of changing the combination this guy removed 3 of the pins that maintain the combination in the lock and left their slots empty therefore weakening the lock , I phoned other locksmiths from the yellow pages and they said you not suppose to leave those slots empty but replace them with other pins so that lock will match the key. I phoned this guy and tell him about it and he couldn't be bothered. My mother then spoke to him and told him he was suppose to be fasting as he is Muslim and he shouldn't be robbbing people especially in this holy month of his. This rude, arrogant, worthless, coward of a man calls my mum a b**** and puts the phone down and doesn't answer the phone when we called back. I sent the lock to Randburg Locksmiths, they agreed with me and laughed at the job that this guy had done and said I should report him to the locksmiths association. They sorted the lock out properly and cut a spare key for me for R 155. And they were respectful and professional in their service and I strongly recommend them. AVOID HOOSEIN'S LOCKSMITH AND ELECTRICAL CENTRE CC AT ALL COST UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF.
