Dear Pat, I wish to put on record my satisfaction with the completely renovated bathroom and kitchen completed today. First of all,I must thank you for your guidance and assistance with the design of both areas.It is very obvious your years of experience have stood you in good stead in this regard. The quotation was professionally presented and discussed and all my questions were answered clearly.Going into this project there were no grey areas at all. I commend you and you staff who worked at my residence for the high quality workmanship and the great emphasis placed on cleanliness.In addition I found ALL your employees extremely pleasant and keen to go the extra mile when this was called for. Very importantly,the integrity and honesty of your employees is beyond question.I was most comfortable to have all these gentlemen in my home during the project. Finally,I presented you with a snag list and was very pleasantly surprised that you added to this list when carrying out your own independent inspection !!!It took only a day or so and all the very minor issues were more than satisfactorily completed.It should be noted, including the snag-list,the project was completed within the deadlines specified in the quotation. To conclude and,as mentioned,your quotation was not the lowest in comparison to your competitors.However,the finished work is testament to the reason why this is the case. I will have absolutely no hesitation in availing both my bathroom and kitchen for any prospective client in the future.It goes without saying I will also have no hesitation recommending your services and,in fact,I am now considering an additional project (2nd bathroom upgrade) to be tackled in the New Year.
