Worse clinic ever. I went in march but I’m still dealing with the trauma, I can’t sleep. That doctor is very rude and unprofessional. As the process, she was not gentle, when complaining she would swear at me and told me she will stop helping me. Ladies out there don’t go to this clinic. I am even worried about their equipments if they sterilise them after one patient. They are so unprofessional period. Even the two nurses working there. Pretoria Arcadia branch.

The worst experience ever, the Dr is mean , I didn't receive any sedative.I was in so much pain , and when I complained about it during the procedure , the Dr threatened to leave everything ,for a few minutes she left the tools inside of me and told me to go home. Some of the nurses are nice though ,but my goodness the Dr is the worst! The place is quite clean

My experience at the clinic was nothing but a horrible nightmare I wish to forget... the doctor performing the procedure is rough and rude, I was told it was going to be 2 minutes of discomfort that was a lie it was 2 minutes of excruciating pain I thought I was going to DIE they do not sedate you. However the clinic is clean and SOME nurses are nicer than the others.
