Description
The company was established and commenced business in 1994, manufacturing one item only.
Today we have grown to supply strategic and technology materials and manufactured items to the molten metals and ceramics industries. This spans the entire field, from precious metals through non ferrous metals, to steel, iron and art foundries, as well as the builders, users and reconditioners of furnaces serving these industries.

Our products include raw materials for shell and mould making, in investment and other foundries, melting crucibles, fluxes and slagging agents, binder systems for foundries and refractory manufacturers, components and insulation materials for furnace builders and users, as well as special, often propriety designed items for ceramic, chemical, metallurgical and mining customers.
A broad description of our field of expertise could be the handling of high temperatures by purpose engineering of the thermal shock, heat resistance, heat conductivity, abrasion resistance and surface properties of materials to offer the optimal component for use in the application.
We operate from spacious premises in Alberton and have well equipped development and quality assurance facilities. The quality system we developed over the years is now in the process of being assessed for certification in the near future.
