Hi-Risk Unit was established in year 1999 and is fast growing to be known as the best Security and Medical Rescue Company throughout South Africa.
Our highly qualified Medical Rescue team stabilise patients in emergency situations and our staff during operations. Our team responds to road accidents, school events, sport events and any other domestic medical emergencies. We are the primary medical rescue service provider for the National Defense Force in Lowatla, and our input there has made a huge difference for international clients as well.
