What a phenomenal experience. Gino alho is truly the best in his field. I know I was in the best hands the moment I walked through that door. Gino was very professional and provided the best advice. He made a difficult and painful situation into something bearable and I finally felt better. I would definitely recommend Health and Fitness Hub to anyone and everyone! Thank you!

Gino is very professional in the services he offers and focused on getting me back to full strength. I have experienced a huge improvement in the last month alone. He took the time to really listen and cares about his patient's wellbeing and provided positive encouragment when I wanted to give up.

Gino is very knowledgable and I feel that I am in very capable hands during his gym sessions.
He explains and demonstrates each strength and conditioning exercise so well which is why I have achieved my strength and fitness goals. At 52, my body is leaner, stronger and pain free as a result of Gino.
Gino is friendly, approachable, diligent, encouraging and organized. I remain one of his biggest fans because he has added REAL value to my body.

The Health & Fitness Hub (HFH) is your one-stop-shop for exercise fitness classes and Biokinetics exercise therapy all under one roof. At HFH we strive to assist you in achieving your very own health and fitness goals and have fun at the same time, because let's get real, whoever stuck to something that wasn't enjoyable or had no real benefit.
The HFH was created for the core purpose of providing expert exercise fitness and exercise therapy services to a broad spectrum of people ranging from your newbies to exercise, highly fit individuals and those who may be struggling with a particular injury (i.e. muscle strain, joint sprain) or condition (i.e. Diabetes, high blood pressure, cancer). As for exercise professionals, our goal is not only to improve your physical state of well-being but also your mental state so let's get those endorphins flowing and de-stress.

The Health & Fitness Hub (HFH) is a unique health and wellness facility offering both functional exercise classes and Biokinetics services from our in house Biokineticist. Exercise classes are private or group-based and provide a unique fitness experience that is tailored to your specific needs and goals. Functional training includes exercises that better condition you take on daily tasks or even sports-related activities.
Biokinetics is the profession that understands exercise and how it can be used as 'medicine' to help you. At Gino Alho Biokineticist we offer exercise therapy as a means to help you get back to the things you enjoy as well as your normal daily routine as soon as possible. The Biokinetics center forms an integral part of the Health & Fitness Hub especially in those individuals who may be struggling with injuries or conditions that may be limiting them.
At the Health & Fitness Hub, we pay attention to detail as each client/patient is unique and therefore requires something different. We want you to be actively involved in your own health and fitness journey and we will be with you every step of the way. We are big on educating you on exercise and helping you to better understand your own unique body.
