Share Portfolio Administration:
The majority of PW Harvey & Co´s clients have a share portfolio. We are responsible for the administration of their portfolios relating to buying, selling, dividend collection, rights issues and share consolidation.

Taxation – Individuals, Trusts, CC's and Companies

The tax department will see to the registration of taxpayers, provisional tax, and submission of annual Income Tax returns for individuals, Trusts, CC's and Companies as well as liaison with SARS where necessary.

Accounting:
PW Harvey & Co will gladly assist in the initial setup of sole proprietorships and private companies. We provide accounting and secretarial services, including preparation and submission of monthly VAT returns, PAYE, UIF and SDL returns, as well as monthly management accounts.

We also prepare annual financial statements for individuals, Trusts, CC's and Companies and provide financial consultation upon request.

Offshore Investments:
PW Harvey & Co has contracts with offshore companies which provide clients with the opportunity to invest their offshore allowance in different types of investment products, taking currencies and taxation into account.
