I am a Chiropractor at Planet Fitness Wanderers. Chiropractic is a profession dealing with pain originating from the spine and can manifest in the form of muscle pain, nerve pain, joint pain, head aches or migraines. Chiropractic treatment may involve massage, trigger point therapy in the form of ischaemic compression or dry needling. Joint mobilisation, spinal manipulative therapy and various stretches.
