ON SATURDAY 06 JULY I WENT FOR A "SOFT PERM" TO OUR LOCAL HAIR DRESSER WILMA BRITZ. SHE HERSELF SUGGESTED THE "SOFT PERM" AS I HAD IT CONFUSED WITH A SPIRAL PERM. I'VE EXPLAIN TO HER I NEED SOFT LOOSE CURLS IN MY HAIR AS I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF GROWING MY HAIR AND NEED SOME BODY.
I WENT HOME AND HAD MY HAIR DRIED THE WAY SHE EXPLAINED TO ME. IT TOOK A WHILE FOR ALL THE HAIR TO DRY AND THEN I SAW THE MESS.
I PHONED WILMA THIS MORNING EXPLAINING THE DAMAGE TO MY HAIR. SHE IS NOW JUST TAKEN A NO CARE APPROACH TOWARDS ME - NOT EVEN OFFERING TO CUT MY HAIR TO TRY AND CORRECT THE DAMAGE SHE CAUSED.
