Unhappy customer with the BAD SERVICE received at GROSVENOR PHARMACY from a male middle-aged PHARMACIST. On Saturday 17/11/2012 I went to Grosvenor Pharmacy in the Bryanston Hobbart centre, only to leave there in shock at the treatment received. I asked the pharmacist for his advice on what I should get, and yes, perhaps a small matter but nevertheless, the ATTITUDE &ABRUPTNESS that accompanied my questions was very uncalled for and plain RUDE. I walked to the front to pay and said to his fellow pharmacist that he was very rude, which she obviously told him when she was done helping another customer pay and went to the counter at the back. Next thing I heard him saying from the back of the store was "well she doesn't know what she wants", to which I turned around to face him and said "yes, I don't know what I want, which is why I am asking for your professional opinion and guidance". He then proceeded to the front of the store to where I was, INTERROGATING me and saying if I don't know what I want then I don't have to buy here. I left the store appauled , did not buy a thing & never will from there! I shared my story, and found that a few people share my view & experience.
