I am a Sole proprietor and have been practicing for my own account since 30 May 1990 under the name of Anita Grobler Attorney . I deal predominantly with privately funded Civil Litigation and Commercial litigation, Divorces and Disputes pertaining to Matrimonial Law, Matters pertaining to the Civil Union Act, Disputes related to Children and the Children's Act, Parental Rights and Responsibilities, Liquidation and Sequestrations, Matters pertaining to Trusts, Commercial Law, Drafting of Agreements/Contracts and immigration.
I have 31 years experience in Civil Litigation in High Court, Magistrate Court and Regional Court, Matrimonial Law, Marriage Contracts, Mediation and Dispute Resolution, Civil Union Contracts, Co-Habitation Agreements, Contested and Uncontested Divorces, Children's Rights, Adoption, Child Abuse, Custody Matters, Family Violence Matters, Children's Maintenance and financial Support Matters and Contract law

I have 30 years experience in Civil Litigation in High Court, Magistrate Court and Regional Court, Matrimonial Law, Marriage Contracts, Mediation and Dispute Resolution, Civil Union Contracts, Co-Habitation Agreements, Contested and Uncontested Divorces, Children's Rights, Adoption, Child Abuse, Custody Matters, Family Violence Matters, Children's Maintenance and financial Support Matters, Contract law, Rental Agreements and Disputes, Debt collections and Recovery, Partnership Agreements, Drafting of Wills, Estate Law, Trust Law and drafting of Trust Deeds and acting as Trustee for a Trust, Motor Vehicle Accident Damages Claims.

I have gained fast experience in the management of a law Firm and in the management of a Business, the management and the supervision of staff . Bookkeeping and Compliance with Legal Practices and Legislation, management of all administrative functions in a legal practice and business.

I hold dual Citizenship of South Africa and Namibia.

I am admitted as an Attorney in RSA, an Admitted Legal Practitioner In Namibia and admitted as a Solicitor in England and Wales.
