The main agent, Lizette, did not pitch for the open day and other estate agents had to come and do the work. Since then we had no viewings or interested buyers from Grinmark estate agency. After quering why not, Lizette complained that the Propery is too expensive. Lizette quoted prices of similair properies selling for less but the comparison was for a smaller unit thus not knowing what she is trying to sell. Today after more than a week long arrangement for the house to go on show she cancelled the arrangement due to unforseen circumstances. In conclusion, Lizette is not dedicated in selling property and wasting her client's time and ultimately, money.
