Good day All, I am facing the same with her. I have changed attorneys and she is refusing to hand over my late Mothers file. She refused to disclose any of my Mothers estate details with me although Im the Executor. PLEASE DONT USE HER SERVICES. Her new company PROFID is also not registered with the Legal Practice Council. CAUTION CAUTION CAUTION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I used Linda when my Dad passed away - when I initially met with her, she told me her fee was 2% - flat rate - nothing in writing sadly. When it came to the L&D, her fee was 3% and she said she is entitled to 3.5%. When I brought the 2% fee up she lost her temper with me and told me that she's "cutting me out of her circle". She changed company names 3 times and never responded to my emails or calls. She deleted my previous reviews after I refused to take them down - she then sent me an email telling me that God didnt bless me with a child because I'm a horrible person. My dad's estate is wound up, but I have been asking her for a copy of the filing slip as well as the original file to discharge myself as the Executor, and she's ignored me. I also sadly recommended her to one of my friends who is going through the same thing. She is extremely unprofessional and discusses her clients with other clients. She is extremely aggressive and can become very spiteful

I'd be very interested to know what your experience is. I even reported her to the FISA (Fiduciary Institute of SA). I would seriously recommend you take your Will elsewhere!
