This has been, not only a major project for me, but a journey of discovery. A great amount of planning and
thought has gone into the menu and wine list, always with you, our guest in mind. Recipes from all over have been carefully chosen and tested, with only the best ingredients used. Being Italian, I have included my favourite Italian dishes and have placed great emphasis on the use of fresh herbs, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic and the Mediterranean spices that have been part of my culture and upbringing.

To make our venue an exciting and continuous discovery, our specials, in addition to our a’la carte menu, will offer original dishes from all around the world.
