Hi I called you guys to come and help me unlock my car as I had locked my keys inside. You guys say "quick response" on your website. I got exactly the opposite. The person who came to assist me said 30 minutes and it took him 1 hour to come to assist me. When he arrived and I mentioned to him that it took him 1 hour to get to me, he dismissed my comment entirely and said that he was only 10 minutes late. Furthermore, he was very arrogant and had a very negative attitude. He started saying that I need him and not the other way around. Yes, I did need him but I am paying you for it! He went on to say that I shouldn't make my problem his problem. He was overall very rude with no sense of customer service or how to talk to people in general. This is a person who cannot take criticism and is very poor in customer relations. I did not get his name but his phone number is 0736832322. Customer service and relations are the key aspects of running a business. Your company doesn't seem to value the very public it serves. I am definitely not going to use you guys again!
