Dear Ms Nooline Van Der Merwe, I and my friend Mr Marthinus Ries planned to go on the MSC Musica cruise to Maputo, the Portuguese Islands and Pomene. It has been something that we have wanted to do for many years. Having joined GTA last year in June/July, we obviously decided to do all our bookings through GTA and the agent assigned to us was Ms Nashiya Salie. Her service has been brilliant. It is quite a process to put this all together, over many months, and Nashiya has been such a pleasure to work with that her excellent service has become part of the holiday! On top of that, she has been on this cruise and has been a mine of information and in planning the finer details that will make the trip all the more special. I have some times saved up to buy something that I wanted for a long time, and then, when I went into the store to buy it, the staff were sullen, unhelpful or even rude. I then decided not to buy the item there, because every time I use it, I will remember their bad service. Quite the opposite with Nahiya; when we look back on this boat trip, we will always associate it with Nashiya's pleasant helpfulness and efficiency. Yours sincerely
