We will place you in a suitable establishment for the duration of your studies where you will be afforded the opportunity to earn some money whilst you are studying.

In essence, we Place the students in the hospitality Industry. The Students would be employed as apprentice Chef or Hotel Managers and would stay for18- 24 month. The Deposit for students to enrol with us is little, (R 3000 – 5000) and part of their trainee salary somewhere around R 2500.00 would pay off the remainder of their course fee. In this way we can enrich more people with an international recognized Diploma (City&Guilds), and keep our great service industry growing.
We conduct all theory classes online and the practical training would be in the Industry Placement establishment. The student becomes a team member and trained by his/her fellow team and Chef in charge. We will assess the trainee trainee’s progress and test the Student at the work place. With this method, our fees are lower than any other Hospitality School in S.A. and make it more affordable for a great number of people.
We are City&Guilds as well as CTH registered.
