All fares are subject to seat availability at the time of booking , fares are subject to change due to currency fluctuation or airfare /tour increases with out prior warning by the airline / tour operator concerned.
An Air Booking that has been issued as an MPD or Air Ticket and has not been used by the traveller can be submitted for a refund application to the airline. It is the traveller's responsibility to initiate the refund but Glenugi Travel will process the refund application on the passenger's behalf. Glenugi Travel can only pass the refunded amount on to the traveller once the airline has transferred the funds in full to Glenugi Travel. If tickets are paid by credit card, the airline will refund the credit card directly. Please note that not all refund applications are successful.

  Passports are required for each traveller and need to be valid for more than 6 months after your return. If you are a South African citizen and hold a foreign passport, should you wish to travel using your foreign passport, you are also required to travel with your valid South African passport or have a permanent residence stamp in your foreign passport.

TEMPORARY Passports are not accepted in many countries whether you are in transit or visiting, please ensure that you have checked this with us.
