It appears as if this person is not a first offender. We had plans drawn up by him(after he ammended his quote x2) he was paid upfront for the submitting of said plans after an"engineer" saw the plot. 1. On visit to the municipality nobody knows of any plans submitted for us. And out surname is not ordenary. 2.The municipality also claims that he can not have charged us any money for municipality costs without them seeing the plan. 3. Another lie is that he has to hand in 3 diffirent plan for 3 stages, municpality claims that is not true. 1 plan stating the stages is sufficient. 4. Engineer submission is non existant. Or he just dont want to give it to us. 5. The plan handed to us was substandard and we had to show out some problems. 6. His number is nowhere to be found on SACAP (South African Council for the Architectural Profession) 7. He refuses to take our calls and 8. He evades all our methods to get our money back. 9. I now found a Marie Brits that also repoted him for the same miss conduct in 2022.

Paid for services that was not delivered, poor communication and no effort to resolve issue. Paid for council fees that was never paid to the council
