I had my microwave repaired by them.
I asked what the warranty was on the repairs done. I was told 3 months I told them I want it in writing on the Invoice. The day I collected the microwave I was told that a invoice with the warranty will be e mailed to me. It is 3 weeks later I still don't have the Invoice. I called them 4 times. Everytime I am just promised that the invoice will be e mailed. I am very upset. Why will they not e mail the invoice with the warranty in writing.
