GasProLink is a South African online platform that connects homeowners, landlords, property managers and businesses with gas installers who serve their area. Whether you want a new gas geyser, a gas stove or hob, a gas fireplace, a gas braai or gas piping for a renovation, GasProLink makes it simpler to find installers, talk to them and compare quotes, all from one request.

Why GasProLink exists
Finding a gas installer can be harder than it should be. Many homeowners don't know who works in their suburb, what a fair price looks like, or how to tell if an installer is registered to do gas work. At the same time, many good installers struggle to reach new customers consistently. GasProLink closes that gap: it helps customers find installers more easily and helps installers grow by connecting them with people who need gas work done near them.

How it works for customers

1. Send one request. Tell us what you need and where the installation will be. Requesting a quote is free.
2. We match by location. Your address is used to find installers whose service area covers you, so the installers who see your request are the ones who work in your area.
3. Installers get in touch. Interested installers can contact you to discuss the job, assess the site if needed and give you a quote.
4. You choose. Compare quotes and pick the installer you're comfortable with. The installer you choose agrees the work with you directly and is responsible for the installation.

Checked against the SAQCC Gas register
Gas work is safety work, so who you let into your home matters. Every installer on GasProLink was checked against the SAQCC Gas register when they joined. Installers upload their ID, SAQCC gas registration and proof of address when they register, and installation businesses also provide business registration.

How it works for gas installers
Register your business address and choose how far you're willing to travel. When a customer in your area submits a request, you get a WhatsApp alert. Log in, look at the job and decide if it's right for you.
You only pay for the leads you choose. Buy ProCredits in advance; one ProCredit unlocks one lead. Each lead can be unlocked by up to three installers, first-come, first-served. An alert does not reserve a lead, and unlocking a lead does not guarantee a job. If a purchased lead is unreachable, the purchase is reversed under GasProLink's policy. Disputes are investigated, and if a dispute is valid the ProCredit is returned to your account.
