Monday morning comes and no call, you call again and 16 calls later you have to call the Pretoria branch to get a response because the accountant tells you to take a tranquilizer with your tea because she is doing you a favour by writing a report to have your refund processed at a fee to the customer because they had to specially purchase the stock (that they already had when you enquired) and she will get it done when she feels like it. This item was not only R 3 000 MORE expensive at this outlet but was not delivered, now we wait to see if the CPA needs to be invoked to get the refund.

Their phone lines are extremely bad! took more 5 phone calls to order gas from them.
