I rushed my son to your hospital on Thursday evening, thinking that he was born there and I got such excellent service. He has been sick for a while and when doctor Mauff AC checked him out, he gave my son the all clear even after a blood test. Checked his ears and throat as well. Took my son to our GP, only to find out that he had an ear infection that went into his ears and then into his chest. He was on the brink of Pneumonia. I am very disappointed in this doctor and feel like taking this matter further. If it was'nt for the nurses I would've had a good mind and gave that doctor a piece of my mind. I feel that this is negligence on the doctor's part and now I have to be spending more money on medication and mabey even a paediatrician. I hope that my commect is taken seriously and not just laughed off and then sweet words will be replied to me after this mail? Hopefully you people will look into this and mabey I could have some reassurance after having read this comment. Kind Regards, Disappointed Mother.
