Pathetic service.. I will never go back there again even if they sell something for R2... NEVER... GAINS used to have grate stuff but not anymore. I didn't know that you are not allowed to take pictures, they way they treated me it was like I stole something... From today I will never set my foot there....... 😡😡😡😡😡

FIRSTLY ALL I NEEDED TO BUY WAS A SIMPLE CHEST OF DRAWERS , BUT THE PROCESS I HAD TO GO THROUGH TO GET IT, I DONT EVEN THINK THE AIRPORTS ARE THAT INTENSE . THEN U HAD SOME LADIES WORKING THERE THAT THINK THEY ARE THE FURNITURE MAFIA , THEY JUST SCREAM LIKE MAD PEOPLE, SWEARING AND CURSING , THEY THINK THEY SEEM ATTRACTIVE DOING THAT. I THINK THIS OWNER OF THIS STORE ONLY EMPLOYS PEOPLE THAT HAVE BEEN IN A MAD HOSPITAL , WEIRDEST ANS WORST STORE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY LIFE .

I called the gains furnisher shop on sunday after getting their contacts on the net then the lady who answerer the phone was extremely rude. She said gains good morning and I said morning morning how are you she said ya. And then I went on and said I'm glad I was trying to call to see if you guys are open on Sundays then she said the fact that I answered the phone means we open. I was shocked of the she responded then she dropped the phone. I called again she answered as soon as she heard my voice she stayed on the line and kept quiet. It is like she doesn't want customers coming in the shop. She woke up on the wrong side of the bed.

THE WORST STORE YOU COULD EVER GO TO . THERES CHAOS THERE , INSTEAD OF SAVING A FEW HUNDREDS I BEG YOU TO MAKE IT SIMPLER AND FASTER YOU SHOULD RATHER GO TO OTHER FURN STORES.THE LADIES THERE SWEAR AND SCREAM LIKE MEN , AND THE MEN DONT KNOW WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON .VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE . I SAW CLOSE TO MAYBE 40 WORKERS BUT NOT A SMILE FROM ONE .PATHETIC
