   4.1 Accounting and Financial Performance Management
   • Our specialised staff will conduct a SWOT Analysis for your organisation mapping performance Plans for clients promoting growth and success. We will assist our clients in the following interventions; financial planning (strategy), financial control and financial analysis, financial reporting, governance and compliance (International Accounting Standards, Generally Accepted Accounting Practices).
   4.2 Business Advisory

FSI is in the process of obtaining accreditation with Service Seta as a training provider. We have played a significant role in as far as development of business plans for farming cooperatives, individuals and other small entities. We have already discussed with these prospective strategic partners such as KPMG, Quaashie Trading and others and they are willing to work with us.
