I bought a beef chow Mein and malva custard today when I arrived at home I opened the chow Mein it was off I was so disappointed because a friend of mine recommended it to me and I was looking forward in trying it but the malva - custard was nice

I have always loved the baked goodies from 'From The Kitchen' but the service I received this afternoon was truly unprofessional. The lady who was supposed to help us place our order gave us an attitude the second we reached her table. She shouted at a friend of mine (a new customer) in front of all the other clients and did not even apologise for treating us the way she did. I am extremely disappointed but will gladly take my services elsewhere. I hope you practice good manners to your next customers.
