Yesterday i went to Southgate fresh stop to buy something to eat. The service received was terrible from the lady named Sphumelele. The attitude she has, wooooh!😡, it's so terrible. I wonder if she even went for a hospitality training course. When you work with customers atleast you should smile, be patient, and none of that she has. She's horrible, in a sense that i thought she just didn't like me, and maybe she treats other people differently, but hell no, it's like she's programmed. Simple because i like that places food, when ever i go there if she's around, i won't bother placing an order for peace sake
