FreshStop at Caltex HL Motors, Brakpan

This service station has still not reverted back after a very unpleasant experience that I have encountered. As a very customer orientated person myself and in the trade I am in, the customer is king, but not always right, and i have 46 members i my portfolio who live the same dream i have, to be the best in customer service which we do not see at any service station across the country. First come first served is non existent at all service stations across the country. No matter the brand it depends on race and type of car you drive. Trust me , The only place worse that petrol filling stations are E Tol, who dont even greet when you stop at their cubicle, why should they, it is either pay or turn around.
