worst service ever!, 3 years ago
I came into the garage yesterday to fill up some fuel and went into Fresh Stop to get some ice-creams , the shocking service ever. I waited in the line to pay for my ice-creams, i was not called yet the customer infront was done cashing and left, the cashier never called me instead she and her buddies were busy catching a jolly old chat, screaming and laughing , I forcefully made my way to her , she refused to acknowledge me , no greeting , not even a dry smile , she cash my things never asked if i needed a packet , while busy cashing for me , she is still busy with her conversation. The most horrific experience of my life. I want the owner of this garage to go look at the footage and tell me how has he trained his staff , what customer service training has the staff gone for. I will never step foot there again.

I came to the garage on fragrance street. Bad news. I ordered food. Upon paying for the food. The cashier was wearing sunglasses at 22:45. It was dark. I asked her why she's wearing sun glasses. She told me she always uses sunglasses. And I no for a fact it's pink eyes season. Security held me against my will. And refused to let me leave the store wit my food. Wich I paid for. Also. They refused to give me managers number. Or owners number. To me this is puitret and ignorant. My number is 0842121072. Can the owner or franchise call me urgently pls. Staff need to be trained more in customer care. Dis fragrant street store doesn't have that. Unexceptable behavior. Horrible behavior by the cashier and security. Bad training. Horrible training. Don't know if they been trained at all.

He was rude and accused me of wanting a free meal.. At 7pm on Friday evening he expected me after a long day to return for an exchange. All I wanted was it to be delivered.
