Frango's Chicken Villa's & Diner, Ladybrand

My husband and i decided to give Frago's Ladybrand a chance and eat something different. To our surprise the food was packaged in the most unhygienic way i have ever seen in my life. Two pieces and chips and roll with extra sauce , the roll was put in a plastic bag with the chips and meat and the vinegar and salt sachets were put in the same box with food . when i asked the rude lady at the till (Gladys) she said she they were advised by the owner to package food like that. I then requested for a floor manager, she said they don't have one, i then requested for the owner's numbers she refused to give them,i then googled the numbers, i called in the same lady picked up the phone but this time around she gave the owners numbers. i called the owner(Marina) who wasn't any better with her manners and attitude , i advised her of what just occurred , she so much in her exact words told me i was the first customer to complain and she refused me a refund , she advised i can take it further, i then went to the nearest police station with the food, the police guy advised he always eats there and he has never came across such a disgusting form of packaging food, he advised to open a complain to the franchise head office but it seems it doesn't exist on HelloPeter.
