Front reception with Jonothan friendly and professional, but Dr R R***, terrible, we arrived with our Foxie pup, 12 weeks old, with a wasp sting to his mouth, the Dr was terrified of the pup, scared of the pup biting him, not realizing the pup was in pain and trying to open his mouth was causing my pup to react the way he did, then the Dr stuck himself with the needle, attempting to treat my puppy, then insulting my puppy saying without training he would be a nightmare on future visits to Vets, not knowing my pup and his normal behavior I found the doctor to be poor at best!!
