At Focus Food we have certain philosophies which we will not compromise in creating quality dishes.
We will only served food we are proud to have made and are 100% confident that they will be enjoyed by our customers.
We will only use fresh herbs as dry herbs compromise on the quality and the taste of the final dish. No “Aromat” or MSG is allowed in our kitchen.
We will at all times use the freshest products available. Freshness is the key to great food.
No substandard ingredients will be purchased or used in or kitchens. If the right ingredients is not available we will rather suggest an alternative menu choice to the customer.
We strive to be as authentic as possible in cooking the cuisines of different countries.
We are proudly South African so will always try by local products above imported unless quality dictates the need.

The vision of Focus Food Services is to utilise all their combined experience and knowledge gained over 34 years of working for some of the top catering companies and restaurant groups around and create a unique company that delivers on their promise.
Customer satisfaction, first rate service, quality food with interesting menus and choices that taste great and look fantastic are what we aim to deliver. We aim to be dynamic with the food we offer and to avoid menu fatigue, both for the chefs and customer.
