FNB Long Beach, Cape Town

The most horrifically slowest service I've ever experienced. Staff have been dismissive, tell you to sit and only half an hour later given a "waiting ticket" that indicates a waiting time of 38 minutes (only as of giving the ticket, so over an hour told to wait). The waiting linehasnt moved in the last hour as it is Only TWO tellers in the whole branch, the one handled by a woman who constantly snorts her nose & making a disgusting pig farm sound. It does NOT make sense how this branch is even open with little to no attention to customer service, unhygienic staff member, VERY rude staff member walking around handing tickets & chewing gum in my & other customers' faces. This is ridiculous & lowest class of an FNB experience I've ever had. Hire cleaner, polite & considerate staff that actually do their job speedily & professionally, not animal farm
