TODAY 07.02.2014 I HAD TO GO TO MY BANK TO SPEAK WITH A CONSULTANT DUE TO THE NATURE OF MY INQUIRY .
i WAS MET BY A FAIRLY LENGTHY QUE AT THE SALES AND SERVICE SIDE OF THE BRANCH TO MY SURPRISE AFTER A SHORT WAIT I T WAS MY TURN BIG UPS TO THE DILIGENT TEAM OF CONSULTANTS ON DUTY TODAY.
i WAS ASSISTED BY A VERY FRIENDLY YOUNG LADY BY THE NAME OF JANICE I UNFORTUNATELY DID NOT GET HER SURNAME.
i APPRECIATED HER PATIENTS WITH MY INQUIRIES AND WAS WOW'D BY HER PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE AND HER ABILITY TO PROVIDE ME WITH ALL NECESSARY INFORMATION TO ASSIST IN MY DECIDING ON WHICH FACILITY TO TAKE UP.
i HAVE NOT HAD A DAYS TROUBLE WITH MY BANK "FNB" AN I AM PROUD TO SHARE MY EXPERIENCE.
