Description

FIRST PLAN was founded by Gideon Roos and André Beukes in July 1995 after they decided to join forces and combine their individual expertise and planning experience in one practice. The primary objectives of FIRST PLAN are to:

Provide a professional, yet affordable planning service
Contribute to dynamic urban development
Stimulate economic growth through proactive planning
Facilitate the integration of the urban environment
Ensure environmental quality by means of effective planning
Contribute to addressing the housing shortage in the Western Cape
Encourage private-sector involvement in the reconstruction and development of the Western Cape
