Before I go into the details about why I founded my own makeup company, I want to tell you a little secret about what most women do not recognize and then I'll explain what I can do to help.
Have you ever wondered why you are following a makeup tutorial, but your results don't remotely resemble the tutorial? Well, that is because most of the beauty influences or vloggers you see online are not trained professionals. With the exception that there is no doubt that they seem impeccable, many of the tutorials found online are guilty of teaching the wrong techniques or not explaining the techniques without even realizing so.
Most often, when a step-by-step tutorial is uploaded online and you follow it to a T, your creation does not seem to fit the images you are following, because many variations are taken, such as face shape, eye shapes, forehead shapes, lip shapes and even eye colors. Most women don't know that some features and techniques are needed for specific looks, and the tutorials you've followed so sincerely are based on the features of the uploader. I'm not saying that everything you learn online is wrong - but if you really want to master your specific look, then the best practical way to follow the instructions of a qualified professional make-up artist is to understand what your unique features require. I can recreate my look exactly on three other different women with the same brushes, colors and techniques, but each woman will look differently because each one is unique with their own facial characteristics.
