I recently stopped at the petrol station that i've been using for the past 15years to put in R50 LRP. The attendant put in R150. This upset me becasue she didn't listen to what I had requested. She asked me to fill out a form acknowledging that I would pay the outstanding R100. I willingly did this and provided all the info needed. This morning, 16/07/12, I received a phone call from the office of Ferness motors who accused me of not wanting to pay! If I completed the acknowledgememt form does that not say that i will/have to pay? The woman who called me was tactless infact she was rude. If you want to keep your clients, employ friendly, caring staff. All it takes is something like this for you to loose many clients. Wilma Meyer
