BEWARE The people running this business are rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. When we were shown the apartment the lady said the electricity meter was running low but that she had a top-up slip for when it ran out BUT when it did run out the slip disappeared and we had to buy our own electricity and they refused to compensate us the amount. A way for them to never pay for electricity.

I paid for one week of accommodation but as my guests were told that they had to reschedule there flights I cancelled the booking in advance. The manager, said that I would be able to get a refund from the owner who was not there at the time. After contacting and visiting the establishment a number of times, I was finally able to speak to the owner who said he would actually not be giving me a refund. He did not let me in to the reception area and only spoke to me briefly through the window before leaving to speak on his phone. I thought this was completely unprofessional and I will never recommend this establishment to anyone ever again. Really disappointing.
