FAB Borehole Water, Randburg

I contacted Fab two weeks ago and spoke to Clive who promised to send a technician to attend to my borehole pump which wasn't working- I was promised 7- 10 days I phoned on Tuesday of this week to follow up- message had been overlooked and I was again promised that someone would be here the next day- Wednesday. Needless to say no-one pitched on Wednesday nor yesterday I phoned and spoke to Clive this morning ( Friday 11th)soon after 08h00 who assured me he would immediately phone me back. It is now 15h00 and I have had no return phone call and no-one has been to attend to the issue. Should I not receive a letter of apology from the owner of this business by close of business on Monday I will put this complaint on 'Hello Peter'. Clearly you don't want the business ( however small) and clearly you have no concern for your customers
