I recently had a problem with the sausage I bought. I returned it to the Elsies butcher where I bought it. The Manager was very apologetic & fantastic at handling my complaint. They not only replaced what I had brought back but exceeded the amount that I originally spent. Well done on your customer service. You certainly retained us as customers.
