Ridiculous service

although they look all professional , my car was estimated to be in their workshop for 10 days but it is the 32nd day and i am still getting empty and stupid promises regarding the delivery of my car..very disturbing unprofesional service.

While Eurocars may have some skilled workers, they also have some who are rude and abrasive. My car took 2 months to be repaired, and after several trips to the workshop to check on the car, I still had to fight for them to return my spare wheel (which should never have been removed to start with). I was accused of being a liar, and was treated with total disrespect. Sadly, I had to resort to losing my temper before I was taken seriously. I left there in tears, feeling belittled, degraded and humiliated beyond description. Electric side-mirrors and interior light (which had nothing to do with the hail damage) now no longer work. It'll be interesting to see how decently, or otherwise, they deal with my request to have that seen to.
