Euro Car Parts deposited a cheque into my bank account shortly after i posted the above complaint. I would like to say that i appreciate it but the overall experience was bad and unecessary.

Imraan sold me a part that was not compatible with my vehicle, he confirmed that it was fine to return the part. The saturday morning i went there he did not have cash to refund me and promised to refund me on Monday. Since Monday he has come up with every excuse to avoid why he hasnt refunded me yet. Then when i told him i would come down and sort out woteva the problem was he laughed in my face. This is not a ethical business that anyone should be dealing with. Disgusting.
