Got my knives back yesterday. I can't believe how sharp they are. kevin took the time to finish them in a super fine japanese stone after sharpening and re-profiling the bevels. Definitely far sharper than when new. Thank you Epic Edges.

After using several companies offering sharpening I tried Epic Edges. They sharpen my tools and a knife like no other company has ever done. Razor sharp and even my chisels had a mirror finish.
