Description
We produce excellent quality Rubber Crumb, that is 100% metal free and of known composition.
Ranging from EQR Rubber Chips for the equestrian industry, to cruuber crumb for the rubber matting industry from #12 (1557 micron) to super fine 100% metal free #45 (385 micron)and finer for industry.
We process Industrial Rubber (scraps, off-cuts, rejects etc), NOT car tyres.
All scrap must be cured rubber, and either of the following 2 types:
- Rubber 'Scrap' containing Fibre (such as Fibre reinforced Conveyor belting), and
- Rubber 'Scrap' not containing fibre (flash etc).
All scrap rubber is sorted and kept aside for different applications.
WE DO NOT MIX.
Our Technical Manager has a DPRI in Polymer technology and is available to answer any queries.
We are able to recycle Fibre-reinforced conveyor Belting.
