Same problem paid them in full and still wait on feedback from them, courier was also in an accident the Thursday when they had to deliver and product was also damage ,we are in the West Rand area - Do they exist or were we taken for a ride

Really poor service and bad English. I know of one more person who have ordered something where the driver was in an fatal accident and the package was damaged. This is weeks before my order and the same story. Now to get my money back. Strange thing. The Thursday arranged delivery for Monday. On Monday I received a message from the same driver that delivery is now Tuesday. Wednesday I contacted them and suddenly the driver was in this so called fatal accident on Friday. Confusing or a scam
