Mr. Gerhard Lombard joined the company on 1 April 2007 as a partner. He was employed as town planner in Central London for 8 years with extensive experience in developments for the Olympic Games(2012), development of retirement villages, facilities and accommodation for disabled persons, medical facilities and residential developments which focused on life time homes as well as integrated low cost housing schemes. He returned to South Africa in 2007 and joined ELCARE as a partner.
