Health and Wellness Programs:
In an increasingly competitive business environment globally, productivity enhancement has become core to every organization. Many businesses are recognizing the importance of investing in employee wellness programs in addition to measures taken to address HIV and AIDS in the workplace.

The definition of wellness goes beyond the absence of illness to mean a state of well-being. Wellness, as a state of health, is closely associated with lifestyle. Research shows that people who take care of themselves and manage their lifestyles are healthier, more productive, have fewer absences from work, and make fewer demands for medical services.

The training is based on the research findings and a thorough holistic approach to total employee wellness, including focus on family. We offer these courses so we can fund voluntary testing and counselling programs/initiatives within our vulnerable and disadvantaged communities in South Africa, more specifically Gauteng.

The funds EduTech Nursing makes help go towards paying for our VCT programs (Volunteer Counselling & Testing) to run, and this service we offer to the public free of charge.
