exceptionally dissapointed in the service. Its soo sad that they the only shop that sells private school uniform and one has no choice but to go there. I bought a jersey and one was , the jersey was messed up. I also ordered iron on labels for my son , and waited for about 6 weeks... They promised me that the labels takes 2 weeks and yet i am still waiting???? nobody even bothers to call me back and provide progress... superbly dissapointed.

I have always had very good service never been told they are too busy. Jan 2013 the shop even opened on a Sunday so we could get the uniforms as the Sat was a mad house, they are very obliging

I was really dissapointed with the customer service at Economic Outfitters, a shop I"ve been supporting for years, hell even my parents bought our uniforms there. With winter looming I called to find out about their pricing, I required tracksuits,a blazer and long sleeved shirts and when I called in to make this enquiery the lady that answered told me that she was"too busy" with other customers to help me. I found that very unproffessional and it left a bad taste in my mouth, for a shop that one has been supporting for years, this was a terrible response and mind you as I was explaining that I needed the pricing so that I can come through with the correct budget for the items, some guy named F. grabbed the phone and told me they were too busy to attend to me, I asked if they could just give me an estimate from their price list, he still maintained that they were too busy to attend to me. I must say I was reallly bitterly dissapointed at their appalling service. I still didnt get the prices, clearly they have a customer base that they see as more important than others, what they fail to realise is that it is through such actions that most businesses go down no matter how big they are, it is through such intenses that perceptions are formed and the grapevine begins...I am surely gong to tell my friends,family and whoever cares to listen about my encounter with economic outfitters. Bitterly dissapointed. F. who says is the owner told me that he is a businessman who has a lot of customers to serve, frankly he couldnt care less whether I supported him or not.
