Experienced personnel who will provide completed roofing projects with the highest level of workmanship required and appropriate guarantees
Prompt, accurate estimates for Tenders with experienced recommendations where there may be questions regarding details or specification
Accurate CAD drawings indicating details of Tender and recommendations
Where no Drawings or Bill of Quantities are provided, we will send personnel to do site measure and provide layouts of Tender prices
In cases where re-roofing Tenders require the removal of Asbestos Cement, we will provide the Client with full certification of Asbestos disposal along with Monitoring of the removal contract by professional associates
On completion of all projects, we will provide the Client with the necessary material and workmanship guarantees
We are able to offer your Clients post contract Inspections and Maintenance Reports and also provide them with a reasonable Maintenance Contract to ensure their investment is secure in the years ahead
We have a fully tooled Sheet Metal Workshop where we manufacture Flashings, Louvres, Ventilators and Sheet Metal Gutters these are purpose made, welded and tailored to individual site requirements.
